techno.rentetan.com – Every year Apple presents an important software update. As always, during its Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) in June the company previewed the update and gave us an indication of what features would happen later this year.
The update to the software is iOS 15 for 2021. Here are Apple’s features that come with iOS 15 during WWDC 21. In addition to our continuing wishlist, you will find any rumors regarding the Software on the top.
Date of release for iOS 15
- Previewed June 2021
- September 2021
The iOS 15 update, which is rumored to be the iPhone 13, should be released next to the next iPhone. Before 2020, in the first week of September – normally on one Tuesday – the iPhone was revealed and released the day before, sometimes that Friday, the day when the new software was also available.
If Apple returns to its usual pattern for pre-2020, it might be on September 7th to disclose the iPhone 13 models that would put the release date of the iOS 15 on September 9-10. Of course, for several months nothing official is still known. Apple said only that the software is in the “Case”.
On 7 June, an iOS 15 developer beta was released. From July on, public beta is available.
Features for iOS 15
All Apple functionality that is coming to iOS 15 is listed here.
FaceTime has some major enhancements on iOS 15. Apple’s Space Audio comes to iOS video message services with the objective of naturalizing calls.
A number of other new features are also available to improve calls, including Voice Isolation, which blocks ambient noise to focus your voice more closely, provides clearer audio and wide spectrum that includes ambient noise. You can switch from one to the other by pressing the button.
In conjunction with FaceTime links, Apple adds a grid view and portrait mode to FaceTime. You can make a link and share the FaceTime Link via messages, Calendar, Mail or third party applications to allow someone who is on the Android or Windows device to join a FaceTime Call from a web browser.
A feature called SharePlay will also allow users to share experiences, like listening to songs together via Apple Music, watching a TV show or movie in sync or sharing their displays for apps together.
A new feature called Focus for iOS 15 was designed to reduce distraction by filtering reports and applications based on the information you give to your iPhone. Four standard choices are available: Do not disturb, work and sleep personally.
The four standard options are used to suggest apps and persons you want to be notified of, such as your working hours, as well as to create home screen pages using only specific apps and widgets. You will be set to any other Apple devices if you select the focus on one of your Apple devices.
You can also create a customized focus for filtering notifications, inform friends automatically that you’re not present (such as Do Not Sturdy while driving). For instance, you could set the Work Focus option only to receive messages from colleagues along with emails while you set up all other notices until you switch into the Personal Focus.
For iOS 15, a Notifications Summary is being redesigned to collect non-time critical notifications and prioritize them with the most relevant topics. This is delivered at a better time than in the middle of your work day, like in the morning or in the evening.
The Notifications Summary uses artificial intelligence to organize your notifications based on interactions with apps, while immediate delivery of urgent messages, missed calls and so on will not miss them.
Contact photos for people in iOS 15 will be included as well as larger icons for apps to facilitate their identification.
iOS 15 will bring a function known as Live Text to recognize text in a photo using on device intelligence. You can, for instance, take a picture of a telephone number on your photo, then call the number or snap a picture of Wi-Fi password in your coffee-bar and copy it directly to the box on request.
You can also take a phot of a flor and see what it’s or a dog and find out what it’s like for example. There is also a visual looking up function.
Search for spotlight
In iOS 15 also the Spotlight search is enhanced with intelligence, by location, people, scene or object, to search photos. You can find text and handwriting with photographs via the live text feature, while you can also search for web images and offer improved results for players, musicians, television shows and films.
You also see recent conversations, shared pictures, and even their location when you share Find My when you search for a contact.
Photos updates include a section Shared With You, as well as a major update to the Memories functionality. There is also a more interactive interface to Apple Music integrated into iOS 15 memories.
The Apple Music integration uses on-device intelligence to personalize song suggestions to help make the memories come alive and the memory rolls are adapted to suit the sound and beat.
Apple wallet, which connects digital coach keys, is supported by iOS 15 for additional types of keys. Users in participating countries can add their driver’s license or state identifications to the Wallet App and your iPhone is also supported in opening their house, office and hotel room.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) works to ensure the first location to accept a digital ID card for airport security checkpoints, while Hyatt is the first hotel group to be able to open its rooms on their iPhones.
The Weather app for iOS 15 is being redesigned and an integration with Dark Sky is underlined. The Weather application will display more graphical data displays, full-screen maps, dynamic layouts based on the climate, and re-designed animated backgrounds reflecting the conditions.
When rain and snow begin and stop, you will also be notified.
Maps have also undertaken a revision in iOS 15 which includes enhanced details for neighborhoods, commercial districts, lifts, buildings and customized landmarks in cities. There’s a “moonlit glow” night time mode and new colors and labels on the road.
In addition, when you browse your iPhone or CarPlay, iOS 15 will provide you with a three-dimensional city driving experience with further road details, such as bus lines and pedestal crossings. The fact that your iPhone is held up, offering a high-precision position and detailed instructions is also increased on board iOS 15.
Those who use Apple Maps to travel publicly will follow a selected train route and will be notified when it is time to exit.
Safari has a new tab bar on iOS 15 at the bottom of the display that allows you to switch between tabs. Tab Groups can save and access tabs through iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Additional Safari features with iOS 15 include a customized start page and iOS web extensions.
As rumored, iOS 15 brings more privacy checks. Speech recognition on the device allows Siri requests on your iPhone to be completely processed.
Mail Privacy Protection prevents senders from telling if they have opened their emails and hiding an IP address so that senders can’t learn their location or use it to make their profile on them.
In the course of the seven days that have elapsed and which areas other than your location have been accessed by the app, the photos, the camera, the microphone and contacts are provided with an overview of the App Privacy Report.
The Notes app lets you quickly categorize notes with user-created tags added in iOS 15. You may also mention members of shared notes for important updates to notify each other. In iOS 15 there is also an activity view that illustrates the recent history of shared note changes.
Shared with You
Any articles, music, TV shows, photos and anything other that you share through the Message convestions will be available in the entire iOS 15 system – briefly mentioned in the above photos section. These will then be shared with you in apps like Photos, Safari, Apple News, Music, Podcasts and the Apple TV application for fast access to information in the context shared.
Siri’s changes include the ability for the helpers not only to advertise messages and incoming phone calls when using AirPods, but also to post messages. If you wear the wireless headphones, you can ask Siri to share what’s on your screen.
iOS 15 offers some new features in iCloud, including Hide My Email, expanded HomeKit Secure Video and the new iCloud Private Relay website privacy service.
With iOS 15, the medical app comes with a number of new features, including a sharing tab, allowing users to share data with family, caregivers or a health care team. It also presents trends that focus on significant health changes, for example a higher heart rate at rest.
Walking Steadiness, a health metric that helps you manage your fall risk, is also included in the new software.
The Find My app has some new features in iOS 15, including users who can locate an app that has been deactivated or removed, and separate alerts that notify you if you leave an unfamiliar AirTag, Apple device, or Find My network accessory. Find my network support as well as a new search widget, will be provided by AirPods Pro and AirPods Max.
In addition, iOS 15 offers live streaming venues for families and friends sharing their place.
iOS 15 provides Translate with a live translation feature that allows conversation across two languages. The software also translates text anywhere on the iPhone systemwide.
Here’s a little update but still an update. The Apple TV app will be able to view a whole new series of shows and movies in the household called “For all of you” on iOS 15.
There are a number of new configuration options for iOS 15, including the option to temporarily backup data to iCloud without subscription to already existing iPhone users. In order to transfer photo albums, files, folders and accessibility settings, there will be an improved “Move to iOS” option in order to move them to an iPhone.
With regard to accessibility, iOS 15 features new VoiceOver features, along with new background sounds to reduce distractions and bidirectional hearing aid support for iPhone.
You can also adjust the display and text size on an app-by-app basis, and you can also access the Headphone Accommodations to help recognize imported audiograms.
